TEMPEST compliance does not stop with the purchase of TEMPEST equipment; it must be installed and maintained in accordance with the TEMPEST standards.

OSPL offers in-depth, professional maintenance training courses instructing on the correct procedures required to install and maintain its range of TEMPEST equipment.

OSPL equipment is typically supplied with a 1-year or 3-year product warranty and a Lifetime TEMPEST warranty; these warranties are subject to the equipment being maintained by an OSPL trained engineer who has been instructed on the TEMPEST critical features necessary to maintain the TEMPEST integrity of the equipment.

Intervention by untrained personnel will result in all warranties being void.

In addition to maintenance training, OSPL is able to offer professional TEMPEST training courses instructing in the selection and types of TEMPEST equipment including threat assessment, configuration control and aspects of TEMPEST installation in accordance with the latest NATO SDIP TEMPEST standards.

Such courses are aimed at project managers and buyers alike to enable them to make the correct choice of equipment ensuring that, once purchased, the equipment is installed and serviced in accordance with the relevant standard such that the TEMPEST integrity is maintained at all times.
